Their outstanding achievements have been recognized at the highest levels, including prestigious awards such as the President of India’s honor. What once seemed unimaginable has now become reality—visually impaired individuals are rising to top administrative positions, serving as IAS and IPS officers, proving their capabilities beyond any doubt.
